Rise Again Jamaica Incorporated is a nonprofit corporation registered in Delaware, United States, and recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity under section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi), EIN 41-2307937, effective January 21, 2026. Our fiscal year ends January 31, and we are required to file an annual Form 990, 990-EZ or 990-N. Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law, and contributions, bequests, devises, transfers and gifts are deductible under the applicable sections of the Internal Revenue Code.
Our determination letter and incorporation documents are published below, so you can verify all of this yourself rather than take our word for it.
Our commitments
- We purchase and deliver directly rather than passing funds through intermediaries
- Every distribution is documented with school or community leadership present
- Supporters who fund a specific initiative receive a report on that initiative
- We publish figures only when we can verify them
